Our artist arrives with a full kit, sets up a clean workspace, and offers a brief consultation to confirm your desired look. Typical application takes 45–75 minutes depending on complexity, with lighting tools and finishing products provided.
We recommend booking at least two to four weeks in advance for events, and earlier for weekend dates or large groups. For same-week requests we'll do our best to accommodate based on artist availability and travel logistics.
Yes—our artists use hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic brands upon request and can perform a brief patch test when time allows. Please disclose known allergies or skin concerns during booking so we prepare suitable products to avoid reactions.
Travel fees vary by distance and appointment size. Within our standard service area travel is included; outside that zone additional mileage or flat travel charges apply. Exact fees are confirmed at booking so you know total costs upfront.
Yes—trial sessions are available and highly recommended for weddings or major events. Trials allow testing looks, products, and timing. Book trials at least two weeks before the event; a separate fee applies and may be credited toward your booking.
Our cancellation policy requires 48-hour notice for a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Group bookings and peak-date reservations require a nonrefundable deposit. Specific terms are provided at booking and in your confirmation.
