Get answers to common questions about Brazilian Waxing.

For best results, arrive with about 1/4-inch hair growth, avoid heavy exfoliation or tanning 24-48 hours before, shower before your visit, and avoid caffeine. Inform us of medications or skin conditions so we can tailor your service.

Many clients feel a brief sting; intensity varies by sensitivity and area. Our estheticians use calming techniques, quick pulls, and soothing products. Topical numbing can be offered on request to help minimize discomfort during the service.

Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks depending on individual growth cycles. Regular waxing often slows regrowth and makes hair finer, which can extend intervals between appointments over time.

Brazilian waxing is generally safe during pregnancy, especially after the first trimester. Tell us you’re pregnant so we can modify positioning and techniques. If you have complications or are on certain medications, consult your healthcare provider first.

Aftercare includes avoiding hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Gently cleanse, wear breathable fabrics, and begin light exfoliation after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Apply soothing, non-comedogenic products as directed.

We cannot wax active rashes, sunburn, open wounds, severe varicose veins, or infected areas. Certain medications like isotretinoin and blood thinners may contraindicate waxing; disclose all topical and oral medications so we can advise alternatives.
