Avoid retinoids and heavy exfoliants for 48 hours prior and arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. If you use acne medications or have sensitive skin, inform your technician. We can lightly trim excessive length or shape as needed.
Some redness and mild tenderness are normal for a few hours. We apply soothing aloe or calming serums post-wax and recommend avoiding hot showers, makeup, or sun exposure for 24 hours to reduce irritation.
We recommend about two weeks of growth (roughly a quarter-inch) so the wax can adhere and remove hairs cleanly. If hairs are too short, waxing may be less effective; we may suggest waiting or light tweezing.
Yes, many clients combine tinting with waxing for immediate, fuller-looking brows. Let us know when booking so we reserve time. If you have allergies, a patch test may be recommended before tinting.
Most clients come every three to six weeks depending on natural hair growth and desired maintenance. After your first visit, we will help create a personalized schedule to keep brows consistently shaped and tidy.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy sweating, exfoliation, or makeup for 24 hours. Apply a soothing lotion or aloe as recommended and use SPF outdoors to protect the delicate brow area from irritation and hyperpigmentation.
